theoology

An astute friend of mine pointed out that I had misspelled a little word called "theology." Spelling is NOT my strong point. It must have been my unconscious expressing that yes, pretty much everyone's theology is a bit messed up-mine included. And the two O's make the word just that much more whimsical, you know it spices it up a bit. The pronunciation changes a bit too so in the middle of the word there is now an "ooh," "the-ooh-logy" perhaps that will make the subject more appealing. If I could figure out how to artistically add some lines to the O's to make them into glasses. How do you see the world? How does the world see you? How do you see God? How does God see you? No, I'm not asking for some deep response, you don't even have to think about the answer, just being metaphorically inclined...I could go on. All that to say I think I like the mistake. So theoology it is.

a bruise to share

When you get a bruise like this, posting it on the internet for all to see seems wise.
Here's the equation:
Roadbike+railroad tracks=(awsome bruise+cracked helmet+another friend down)no major injuries
impressive huh?

directed randomness

I have a tendency toward directed randomness. I'll be moving to Bend, OR in acouple weeks. After finishing my first year of grad school in counseling and an undergrad in chemistry I'm moving on to the lucrative career of dog mushing. Some of you have noted "of course you're going to be a musher" and others of you consider me with surprise, welcome to my world. See that elephant around my neck? It's quite a symbol of my life, reminding me to be playful, adventurous, strong, risky, generous, loving, and of course whimsical.
